Concertos

Claire is committed to expanding the concerto repertoire of the flute through commissions, collaborations, and partnerships with orchestras. In recent years, Claire has given the premieres of new concertos written for her by Olga Neuwirth, Dai Fujikura, and Felipe Lara, and she has performed recently with London Philharmonia, BBC Scottish Symphony, San Francisco Symphony, and the Swedish Chamber Orchestra. Upcoming concerto performances in the 2022-23 season include appearances with the New York Philharmonic, the Los Angeles Philharmonic, and multiple performances with the Helsinki Philharmonic, including on tour at the Kennedy Center and Carnegie Hall.
