The International Contemporary Ensemble (ICE) presents a program of concerto premieres by its favorite composer collaborators, executed under the baton of the “astonishing” up-and-coming conductor Karina Canellakis (Los Angeles Times). With origins in Japan, Brazil, China, and San Francisco, the composers pen chamber works tailor-made to highlight longstanding ICE soloists in this innovative collaboration between new musicians, new composers, and new music.
